Cultivate Excellence
Christ Centered
CCHC is seeking to bring a Christ-centered learning environment back to our community. We believe in partnering with families to enhance and support their biblical education at home and to help protect children from the world while we equip them to stand against it.
Educational Excellence
Crescent Christian Homeschool Collaborative believes in allowing each student to attain their fullest academic potential. Partnering with parents to create an environment where each child is given individualized attention and encouraged to grow into all God has for them.
Strong Community
CCHC believes parents are called by God to take responsibility for the education of their children. But we also believe that we are meant to live and thrive in community. By partnering with homeschool families we aim to build a strong community with positive peers and mentors, all working together to ensure our children grow into excellent faith and moral character.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20
What We Are Building
CCHC is a group of like-minded homeschool families who are seeking to build a network of support and community with high quality academics in a Christ-centered environment. We will be launching our home/school hybrid program in the Fall of 2025. Students will meet in class two days a week and then spend the other days at home being educated by their parents. We will be beginning with K-2nd grade students. The Kindergarten day will run from 8-1 Tuesday/Thursday. Our 1st and 2nd graders day will run from 8-3 Tuesday/Thursday. Our aim is to grow with our students and serve higher grade levels reaching all the way to grade 12, and offering dual enrollment with Christian Universities. Crescent City Foursquare Church is one of our community partners and is offering us the use of their classrooms and facilities. Our main focus is and will always be to keep Jesus at the center of all we do, creating a safe environment where children can grow in faith and knowledge while building community.
Our Biblical Mandate.
“Impress them (God’s commandments) on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
— Deuteronomy 6:6-7
God has given parents the primary responsibility for their children's academic, moral, and spiritual education. While they may seek support from others, the duty remains theirs. Deuteronomy 6 makes it clear that teaching should not be confined to formal instruction but should be woven into daily life—at home, on the go, morning and night.
In a culture that pulls young people toward fleeting pursuits—self-centered happiness, popularity, relationships, and success apart from God—parents must intentionally disciple their children. CCHC wants to partner with families to equip students with both academic excellence and a firm foundation in biblical truth, preparing them to live as faithful, responsible members of God’s Kingdom who impact the world for His glory.
